Frequently Asked Questions
There are many questions, whether it is shipping enquires, stock enquires, or contact details which require answers. As a growing brand, we want to give our customers the best experience and guarantee satisfaction when buying our products. Here you can find answers relating to your questions, and find further contact details if necessary.
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
All of our products are handmade with care, and specific measures are taken in place to ensure the highest rates of satisfaction. Our store policy will accept a refund, or exchange, if a product arrives damaged. We cannot accept refunds or exchanges for a product which is unwanted. We also cannot accept products which have been altered, whether it is the fault of improper use during fitment, sanding, have been primed or painted. The spoiler has to be returned in the exact same condition as it had arrived for it to be accepted. Please note that there is a limit of 28 days for a return query to be processed.

We use reliable courier companies to ensure that packages are safely delivered to your door. The main four used are Royal Mail, Yodel, Evri and Parcelforce. Please understand that a delay in shipping is normal, particularly due to Strikes and Brexit. We will not be issuing refunds or compensations for late deliveries, as the websites of these companies do state that there is significant delays.

How long will it take to ship my item?
Once an order is placed, we aim to have it packed and ready to be collected by the courier for the next working day. Please allow 1-2 days for processing of the parcel.
How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?
Shipment times can be found HERE. You will be provided a tracking number where you can check the status of your parcel and where it is. Please be aware that due to COVID-19 and Brexit, shipping times may be delayed. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Will my spoiler come painted?
No. We manufacture the spoilers and need to be taken to a body shop so that the paint can be matched to your car. They should be able to prepare the spoiler, which includes sanding the spoiler and priming it.
How is the spoiler mounted?
The spoiler can be mounted using screws and glue. This can be ordered separately, however we do not sell this.
The fitment of the product is not accurate. What can I do?
Our spoilers and eyebrows are made to be flexible and have a delicate bend. When using either screws or glue, the spoiler will adjust itself to the shape of your car. There are many YouTube videos showing how this can be done. If you continue to have any doubts it is best to go and see a specialist to get it fitted, such as a body shop.
 
Can I choose to collet my item instead  of having it delivered?
Yes, however please contact us using the form below to ensure we have the stock. Our colleagues will give instructions regarding collecting your chosen item.
